Young Euro Classic 2014 – tomorrow’s musicians today!

Young Euro Classic turns 15 years and celebrates the anniversary with an international festival taking place at two venues this year: at the Berliner Philharmonie (June) and at Admiralspalast in August. During 10 days, 17 concerts and events are scheduled, bringing together 1,000 to 1,500 young musicians from all over the world. The orchestras usually present a mixture of classical repertoire and traditional or contemporary music from their respective countries of origin.
Come experience Young Euro Classic: more open for novelty and interdisciplinary features than ever before. For 10 days at the Admiralspalast, orchestra concerts will inspire you, operas will transport you back to centuries past and modern dance will enchant you.

32nd LEN European Swimming Championships 2014

Europe’s aquatics-elite will once again fight for titles and records during the 32nd LEN European Swimming Championships 2014. The open water swimmers in Grünau (‘Regattastrecke’) and the synchronized swimmers at the ‘Schwimm- und Sprunghalle’ will start the event. In the second week, pool swimmers and divers at the Europa-Sportpark are to follow in the fight for European titles in this stage of the competition.
